    Dating In The Dark

    WHAT IS IT?
    How much do looks matter when it comes to matters of the heart? Is love really blind? Or are we all as shallow as each other in the world of match-making? Dating In The Dark returns for a third series and asks some uncomfortable questions – which make for riveting viewing.

    TELL ME MORE!
    Each episode, the boys and girls will meet in a completely darkened room: the imaginatively-named Dark Room.  It’s so dark in there that the hopeful singletons can’t even see their own hands (wherever they may be). Viewers can follow the action via infrared cameras in the Dark Room, as well as through fully-lit footage of the boys and girls in their separate apartments.

    WHO’S IN IT?
    The show will feature Girls Aloud’s Sarah Harding in her first-ever presenting role – she’ll be introducing and grilling the daters, and getting their honest thoughts after their dates. Sarah will be asking the killer questions that we’re gagging to know the answers to – and providing the tissues for the unfortunate daters who get the boot before the final date.

    SARAH Harding has vowed that marriage will not stop her partying.

     Our favourite caner might be taking a huge leap into wedded bliss, but she’s going to stay true to form.

    Sarah, 29, told us: “I promise I won’t become a boring married person. Have you ever known me to be boring?

    “I can’t imagine a lot will change when I get married. We’re pretty much a married couple anyway, so I can’t see why I will behave any differently.”

    The newly-engaged Girls Aloud babe, who has been dating fiancé Tom Crane for more than three years, was at the MTV Staying Alive Foundation dinner in London’s Westbury Hotel.

    Sarah revealed she might become an honorary Goss girl and dye her platinum blonde hair brunette.

    “I’ve been thinking about it,” she said. “Actually I’d quite like to dye my hair black, I fancy a change.”

    Meanwhile her close friend and bandmate Cheryl Cole, 27, told us she can’t wait to start helping Sarah plan her wedding.

    Cheryl giggled: “I’d love to help Sarah find her wedding dress but she is so picky.”

    And Chezza stayed tight-lipped about the wedding party. She told us: “I don’t know if I’ll be a bridesmaid, she hasn’t made any decisions yet.”

    SARAH HARDING never goes unnoticed at an A-list party.

     And it was the GIRLS ALOUD singer’s frock that set her apart at the MTV Staying Alive Foundation dinner in London last night.

     The silky number emblazoned with face prints looked more suited to a horror movie than a glamorous star-studded shindig.

     In keeping with the slightly macabre theme, Sarah also traded her engagement ring from fiancé TOM CRANE for a gold skull band.

     She teamed her skeleton accessory with gold bracelets and necklaces, topped off with a blonde quiff at the Westbury Hotel bash held to promote awareness and prevention of HIV and AIDS in the international youth community.

    Proving colour co-ordination is an outdated staple of evening attire, the caner applied some luminescent orange lipstick that stood out like a sore thumb.

     Sarah and DJ Tom announced their engagement earlier this month after a four-year romance.

     Their upcoming nuptials haven’t tamed the party-girl’s penchant for debauchery.

     Following her return from the Maldives this week, the 29-year-old hit Mahiki nightclub and got sizzled on cocktails until finally stumbling out in a state at 4am on Tuesday.

    FRESH from her holistic break in the Maldives, Sarah Harding decided to give her liver a bashing this week.

    The Girls Aloud star, 29, returned to her partying ways at London’s Mahiki, celebrating her engagement to DJ Tommy Crane.

    They enjoyed a five-hour cocktail sampling sesh, before leaving the club at 4am – or dinner time as it’s known in my household.

    I’m told: “Sarah let her hair down and had a few drinks. She decided to leave her engagement ring at home as Sarah knows what she’s like after a couple of beverages.”

    EITHER SARAH HARDING has been doing shots through her eyeballs or her GIRLS ALOUD bandmate NICOLA ROBERTS has been using her to test a new range of make-up.

    Sarah might be tying the knot soon with TOM CRANE, but it hasn’t slowed her down much.

    She looked bongoed as she left London club Mahiki with fiancé Tom in the early hours of Tuesday.

    It’s probably just as well she left her sapphire and diamond sparkler at home.

    Imagine what her hen night is going to be like.

    THERE’S very little that pleases us girls more than seeing a snap of Sarah Harding looking royally trollied and falling out of a club in the wee hours.

    After an impressive five hours of hardcore raving with her hubby-to-be Tom Crane, 31, the Girls Aloud babe, 29, finally emerged from Mayfair’s exclusive Mahiki at 4am.

    Pre-empting her boozy antics, she sensibly left her new engagement sparkler at home so she didn’t lose it.

    She certainly has cause to celebrate, after getting engaged to long-term love Tom Crane this month.

    But onlookers may have thought they’d stepped back in time when they saw a slightly dishevelled Sarah Harding being led out of Mahiki at 4am.

    The Girls Aloud singer appeared to have turned over a new leaf in the last year, after earning a reputation for her hard partying ways.

    But it was a hark back to 2008 when the 29-year-old was helped to her car in the early hours by her new fiance Tom Crane.

    Wearing a houndstooth print dress and black leggings with a Chanel handbag, Sarah sported wild curly hair.

    She may have been toasting her recent engagement with Tom and their friends, but the singer opted to leave her sapphire and diamond engagement ring at home.

    Sarah became engaged to DJ Tom on New Year’s Eve during a luxurious holiday in the Maldives.

    Tom is thought to have brought Sarah’s beautiful sapphire and diamond engagement ring weeks before their January break and secretly stowed it in his luggage before the pair flew out to the Indian Ocean island.

    And Sarah was clearly delighted and immediately said ‘yes’ to Tom’s proposal during the romantic getaway on the 21-acre island, situated in the quiet South Male Atoll.

    Tom took to his Twitter page to spread the happy news, declaring: ‘A late happy new year to you all…I feel like the luckiest man in the world!!!’

    Shortly after the announcement, he happily responded to all the good wishes from fans of his girlfriend, saying: ‘@sarahaddicts thanks for all your support ladies. Happy New Year!’

    The couple have been dating since June 2007 but briefly split in 2008.

    However, they reunited, and have since grown closer than ever since going into business together – Tom is the resident DJ at Sarah’s London nightclub Kanaloa – and setting up home last year.

    Tom has previously said: ‘I know the kind of ring Sarah wants.

    ‘I want an old-fashioned English wedding. I want the top and tails, more subtle than a celebrity wedding.’

    They announced their plans to wed earlier this month, after four years together.

    And now photographs of Sarah Harding and Tom Crane celebrating their engagement in the Maldives have emerged.

    The couple are seen beaming with happiness as they walk along the beach at the five-star private resort of Velassaru in the Maldives, where Tom got down on one knee and asked Sarah to be his wife.

    Tom is thought to have brought Sarah’s beautiful sapphire and diamond engagement ring weeks before their January break and secretly stowed it in his luggage before the pair flew out to the Indian Ocean island.

    And Sarah was clearly delighted and immediately said ‘yes’ to Tom’s proposal during the romantic getaway on the 21-acre island, situated in the quiet South Male Atoll.

    Sarah told OK! magazine: ‘I loved Cheryl’s gown, it was gorgeous. I think I’d like a nice vintage dress. I’d like something fitted then I’d change into another dress afterwards.

    ‘Sometimes you have to suffer for fashion, and I’d say Cheryl suffered on her wedding day in that tight dress.’

    SARAH HARDING would once have been able to name every bottle of booze in the bar – but these days she’s getting giddy over gills.

    The former caner has landed herself a new hobby – fishing.

    Sarah, who got engaged to DJ fella TOM CRANE on New Year’s Eve, revealed she likes nothing more than getting the rods out.

    The GIRLS ALOUD star said: “Me and Tommy love it. We’re getting pretty good at it too.

    “The first time we went out, we didn’t catch anything so we went out the following day at the crack of dawn.

    “We got up at 4.30 to get out at first light. We were there for hours but it paid off. It was brilliant. I’ve had a few big ones now. One recently was huge, I didn’t know what was on the end of the line at first – it was massive but it got away.”

    The newly engaged couple like their new pastime so much they have even started buying books about it.

    Sarah added: “There are so many different types. It’s hard to remember their names so we’ve bought a few books.”

    That said, she hasn’t had her reel and maggots out in chilly Blighty yet – she’s only fished in tropical waters.

    The last time she cast her line was a couple of weeks ago in the Maldives, where Tom got down on one knee. Sarah said: “It was a complete surprise. I wasn’t expecting it at all. I am very, very happy. It’s a new chapter.”

    They couple have been together for five years, own two homes, a nightclub and two dogs so it was a good time for Tom to propose.

    Sarah has time on her hands now to plan the big day as she has just finished filming the third series of Dating In The Dark, which she now presents.

    She added: “I’ve been a fan of the show, so I was so excited about presenting it.

    “It’s been mental and I’m looking forward to it airing now. It’s been funny to watch the contestants’ reactions on it. I’d give it a go if I was single.”

    Most lads’ eyes would pop out if Sarah was there when the lights came on.

    SARAH HARDING and TOM CRANE touched down at Heathrow with more baggage than KERRY KATONA.

    The GIRLS ALOUD singer was wearing her sparkling engagement ring given to her by the Cockney geezer during their break in the Maldives.

    The DJ proposed on New Year’s Eve to cap three years of punching above his weight.

    Sarah looked absolutely cracking despite just stepping off a long-haul flight. Unlike Tommy boy.

    The couple will now be getting stuck into organising their ceremony. They won’t have to look far for a wedding DJ
