Too often celebrities stick to maxi dresses at awards ceremonies but Girls Aloud singer turned actress Sarah Harding rocked this season’s sportswear trend at the Empire Film Awards in Londonthis week.
While there is controversy over her bandmates’ fluctuating weight, the pop star looked fit and healthy at the posh party at the five star Grosvenor House Hotel.
Sarah has to be in good shape, as she told Very: “I’m auditioning for lots and lots more films at the moment. I’m always on the go!”
That does cause us to question what that means for Girls Aloud. But one thing is for sure – Sarah looks fabulous and one of her style secrets is keeping accessories to a minimum. Just like you wouldn’t wear necklaces and bracelets to the gym, leave them in your jewellery box if you’re going for a sporty look.
