She has enlisted the help of a personal trainer to help her get in shape for her summer wedding to DJ Tom Crane.
And it looks like the hard work and gruelling fitness regime has paid off for Sarah Harding as she lounged by a pool yesterday.
The Girls Aloud star looked sensational in a brown bikini that showed off her toned physique as she soaked up the sun in Miami.
She flaunted an enviable six pack as she strolled around the water’s edge, but luckily for her, despite saying she wants to be slimmer for her wedding, she has still managed to retain her curves.
The 29-year-old, who is currently enjoying the girl band’s hiatus, will wed Crane this summer and has hired a trainer to help her get in shape for her big day.
Her wavy brown locks held back with a hairband, she accessorised her look with big brown sunglasses and matching nail polish.
She was also snapped going for a dip in her hotel pool to cool off from the soaring temperatures which are reaching 33.
Sarah, 29, is in Miami to help Sir Richard Branson celebrate his Virgin Atlantic airline’s 25th anniversary of connecting Miami and London.
On Wednesday, she dressed in a red dress resembling the uniform of the cabin crew and posed for pictures in the Virgin boss’s arms on top of a wing on one of his planes.
She later joined Sir Richard as he spoke to the press about the company’s achievement in the last quarter century.
He said: ‘This is a fantastic milestone in Virgin Atlantic’s history. Miami was the second route Virgin Atlantic launched two years after the airline began and to think that we are now a world class airline with 32 long haul destinations is a dream come true.’
